Each step is designed to keep you informed and involved, ensuring transparency and confidence throughout the entire experience. By outlining our process in detail, we aim to give you peace of mind, knowing exactly what to expect at every stage as we bring your vision to life.

Initial Consultation
We begin with an initial consultation to understand your vision, goals, and budget for the project. Whether you reach out to us by phone, email, or through our website, we'll set up a meeting at your convenience, either on-site or virtually, to discuss the details. This allows us to get a clear understanding of what you want to achieve.

Site Visit & Proposal
After our initial consultation, we’ll schedule a site visit to take detailed measurements and assess the current condition of your space. From there, we collaborate with you and our design partners (if needed) to create a detailed plan. We will then provide you with a comprehensive proposal that outlines all costs, including labor, materials, and any other project-related expenses. We’ll go over everything with you to make sure it aligns with your expectations and vision.

Contract & Scheduling
After our initial consultation, we’ll schedule a site visit to take detailed measurements and assess the current condition of your space. From there, we collaborate with you and our design partners (if needed) to create a detailed plan. We will then provide you with a comprehensive proposal that outlines all costs, including labor, materials, and any other project-related expenses. We’ll go over everything with you to make sure it aligns with your expectations and vision.

Pre-Construction
Before we start, we’ll do one final walkthrough with you to confirm all the details and make sure everything is in order. This is also the time to review any material selections, if needed, and address any last-minute questions you might have. We’ll also coordinate with our team and any subcontractors to ensure everyone is prepared for the project’s start.

Construction Phase
When construction begins, we stay in close communication with you. We provide regular updates so you’re always aware of the progress. Our job is to take the pressure and stress off your shoulders while keeping you informed. If you decide to make any changes during the project, we’ll discuss how that might affect the timeline or budget and make sure everything is documented. Throughout the process, we focus on delivering high-quality work that matches your expectations.

Final Walkthrough
Once the project is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to review the work. If there are any minor items that need adjusting, we’ll take care of those right away. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we won’t consider the job done until you’re fully happy with the results.

Post-Completion Support
After completion, we’ll send you the final invoice and provide any warranty or maintenance information. We also like to meet with our clients a few weeks later to make sure everything is going well and that you’re satisfied with the results.

In addition to our workmanship guarantee, material warranties are also provided based on manufacturer coverage, typically ranging from 10 to 15 years.
